We are the controller for personal data processed by this companion site for the Yggdrasil The Isle: Evrima community.

What we store

Discord user id, username / display name, avatar URL
Linked SteamID64 and public Steam persona name / avatar
Friendships and per-friend map visibility flags
Points ledger, inventory, stored dinosaurs, quests, achievements
Short-lived live positions in memory for the map (not permanent trails)
Kill/death events when combat tracking is on (kept up to about 30 days by default)

What we do not store

Passwords (Discord/Steam OAuth only)
Payment card data or real-money purchases
Permanent GPS trails or chat logs

Export and deletion

While logged in, open Settings to download a JSON export or delete your account. Deletion removes your profile and linked personal records from the live database and signs you out. It cannot delete another player's account.

What may remain after deletion:

Anonymized kill-feed fields (Steam ids / classes) for the normal combat retention window
Public staff-log lines that already named you at the time of an action
Encrypted backups until they rotate off the host retention schedule

Lawful basis

Performance of the companion service (contract) and legitimate interest for short moderation / security logs.
